How You Are Protected

Your resume and profile

• Your information is shared only for legitimate recruiting and hiring-related purposes.

• Your resume, profile, and identifying information are submitted according to the submission option you select and the job preferences you have on file.

• You can choose to approve each employer before Local Health Recruiting LLC submits your information, or allow submissions to roles that match your preferences unless you block a specific employer or type of role.

• You can identify employers that Local Health Recruiting LLC should not contact or submit you to.

• Your current employer will not knowingly be contacted about you without your specific written approval.

• If you use the broader submission option and there has been no meaningful recruiting communication for 12 consecutive months, your preferences and authorization will be reconfirmed before a new identifying submission is made.

Your sensitive information

• Local Health Recruiting LLC does not need your Social Security number, banking information, full date of birth, medical records, or similar highly sensitive information for ordinary recruiting services.

• You should only provide sensitive information when there is a specific legal or operational reason and you separately agree to provide it.

• When an employer or screening company requires sensitive information, you should generally provide it directly to that employer or screening provider.

Your finances

• You will never be charged a recruiting or placement fee by Local Health Recruiting LLC for the services covered by the agreement.

• Any recruiting or placement fee is paid by the employer and does not create a payment obligation for you.

Your privacy and records

• Reasonable safeguards are used to protect the personal information maintained about you.

• You may request a copy of personal information reasonably maintained on file.

• You may request corrections or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law and legitimate business, legal, tax, audit, recordkeeping, and dispute-resolution requirements.

• Information that has already been provided to an employer cannot always be recalled or deleted from that employer's records.

Your choices and rights

• You may update your job preferences, change your submission option, add blocked employers, or revoke authorization for future submissions at any time in writing. message, or another written electronic communication normally used between you and Local Health Recruiting LLC.

• You can decline any opportunity, apply to employers on your own, work with other recruiters, or stop working with Local Health Recruiting LLC at any time.

• You are never guaranteed an interview, offer, placement, compensation level, or length of employment.
